Hans Peder (HP) Dyhre Nielsen founded Haniwood A/S in 1975. The company is currently the only supplier of wooden mattress bases on the Danish market. At our production facilities in the rural village of Harres near Bredebro in Southern Jutland, we produce on average 250,000 frames a year for the furniture industry in Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands.

Haniwood currently employs a team of seven, all of whom have strong competencies within this specialist field and who consistently ensure that Haniwood supplies the high-quality products for which we are renowned.

We supply semi-manufactured goods to the timber and furniture industries and deliver special products and joinery. At Haniwood, we offer standard and made-to-measure solutions and we produce customised finished frames and components to order. We study market prognoses and ensure that we are always prepared to meet a surge in customer demand. Our customers can rest assured that they will receive a robust, high-quality product.
